Hypnotherapy

This is a state of relaxation and concentration with heightened awareness induced by suggestion. It is a special link, which forms a bridge between mind and body. Hypnotherapy can help to deal with emotional problems as well helping to quit smoking, loose weight, sleep problems, stress, relaxation and phobias. Hypnosis is a natural state where the individual is aware of surroundings and the therapist.

There is no reason why anyone should go through life with something outside his or her conscious control. Hypnosis in itself is not a cure but it is the state of increased awareness that makes it is possible to get to the route of problems using the subconscious mind without interference of the conscious mind.

Suggestion therapy is used for the smaller problems such as smoking or slimming duration is one to three sessions with a possible follow up session later. Analytical therapy deals with the emotional problems seeking a release by looking for and the original cause. This therapy usually takes longer - usually between 6-12 sessions.

Hypnosis helps the individual to learn to relax and this has a knock on effect helping stress and sleeping problems.
